About Gurpreet

Gurpreet Randhawa is a principal at Sitka Law Group focusing on real estate, estate planning, and estate administration since being called to the British Columbia bar in 2015. Randhawa grew up in Victoria and is bilingual in English and Punjabi. Randhawa completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Victoria in 2010 before earning a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in 2014, articling and practising in Victoria in wills and incapacity planning, real estate, employment, and corporate/commercial law along the way. Randhawa volunteers with organizations supporting people affected by mental illness and has guest-instructed the Professional Legal Training Course's wills practice module. Randhawa is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association's Wills & Trusts Section.
