About Kenneth

Kenneth Gustafson is Associate Counsel at Sitka Law Group, having spent 32 years as a general solicitor at a downtown Victoria firm before joining Sitka. Gustafson advises individual and corporate clients on real estate purchases and sales, institutional and private mortgages, collections, wills, estates, and incorporations and corporate reorganizations. Gustafson earned an LLB from the University of Victoria in 1982 and was called to the British Columbia bar in 1983. Gustafson's own experience owning and operating several businesses gives Gustafson added insight into clients' practical concerns as well as their legal issues. Gustafson is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Victoria Bar Association.
