About Jesse
Jesse Stamm practises family and child protection law, focusing on divorce, division of assets, parenting issues, child and spousal support, and child protection matters. Before law, his background was in construction, healthcare, and work with people who have multiple disabilities, and persons with disabilities make up a significant part of his current clientele. He accepts both legal aid and private retainers and offers reduced rates for clients facing unique or urgent circumstances. Stamm draws on his own experience with a contested family law proceeding, and believes a swift, low-conflict resolution best serves families, especially when children are involved.
