Greg is a corporate and commercial lawyer with a focus on the technology sector, drawing on experience in both in-house and private practice roles. He has advised on mergers and acquisitions, numerous cross-border deals, corporate risk management and operational issues, and has performed due diligence and drafted codes of conduct covering related-party transactions, employee benefits, whistle-blower procedures and anti-corruption compliance. He also advises on Canadian and cross-border privacy matters and on software terms of use, services and subscription agreements. Greg previously worked at Brookfield Properties Development, Brookfield Residential Properties and Bennett Jones LLP, and holds an LL.B. and B.Comm. from the University of Calgary.
