Stefan Politano is a partner in the Capital Markets Group focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, reverse takeovers, and securities offerings. He advises directors, management, and shareholders on corporate governance and regulatory compliance. He earned his JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2016 and his BCom in Business Management from Ryerson University's Ted Rogers School of Management.
