About Grayson

Grayson Bateyko maintains a general civil litigation practice covering contractual disputes, commercial litigation, defamation claims, shareholder disputes, debt claims, consumer protection matters, construction law, wrongful dismissal claims, insurance claims, personal injury matters, family law, bankruptcy, human rights claims, and landlord and tenant disputes. He has appeared before the Alberta Court of Appeal, the Alberta Court of King's Bench, the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Alberta Court of Justice, the Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service, the Alberta Human Rights Tribunal, and the Canadian Motor Vehicle Arbitration Plan. He has experience obtaining urgent relief for clients, including stays of enforcement, restraining orders, and injunctions, and previously volunteered with the Edmonton Community Legal Centre and Civil Claims Duty Counsel.
