D. Gerald Roth has more than 20 years of legal experience spanning arbitration work with the Saskatchewan government, in-house counsel roles in northern Alberta, and uranium mining consultation, before returning to private practice in Lac La Biche. He advises Indigenous governments and community organizations on regulatory matters, impact-benefit agreements, and procurement in the oil sands sector, and practices corporate, commercial, construction, mining and energy, environmental and regulatory, civil litigation, and employment law. He was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 1997 and the Alberta bar in 2016.
