About Graham
Graham Johnson joined Dawson Criminal Defence in 2005 after graduating from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law, and became a partner in 2011. His trial practice spans assault, robbery, youth court matters, and homicide cases, and he plays a leading role in the firm's appellate work, having argued before the Alberta Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. He supervises the firm's Fort McMurray office together with Lauren Garcia. During law school he was active with Student Legal Services of Edmonton as a caseworker and Executive Coordinator, and he continues to serve as an advising lawyer to that organization. He is a member of the Criminal Trial Lawyers Association and served on the Board of Directors of Legal Aid Alberta from 2014 to 2021.
