About Courtney
Courtney Lamb is from Fort McMurray, Alberta, and joined Dawson Criminal Defence as an articling student in June 2024, training under Lauren Garcia. During law school she held roles with Student Legal Services across all three years, progressing from caseworker to day leader to Criminal Project coordinator, and made the Dean's List in her first two years. She received the Criminal Trial Lawyers' Association Prize in Evidence and the Aloneissi-Gower Pro Bono Community Service Award. Her practice covers criminal defence matters including assault, sexual assault, drug offences, impaired driving, theft and fraud, and youth criminal defence.
