About Glenn

Glenn Epp is a partner at TLE Law and a civil litigation lawyer with over 20 years of experience before provincial and federal courts and administrative boards and tribunals, including the Specific Claims Tribunal. Before joining TLE, he was the class action practice group leader for Alberta Justice and lead counsel on the Province of Alberta's $10 billion claim against Big Tobacco. His practice focuses primarily on litigation of Treaty and Aboriginal rights as well as commercial disputes involving First Nations and Metis Settlements, including matters involving commercial contracts, tax, and breach of fiduciary duty. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 2002 and the Northwest Territories Bar in 2025.
