Administrative & Regulatory LawGlenn chairs WeirFoulds' Construction Practice Group and focuses on construction law, liens, and litigation. He acts as a project lawyer, providing guidance from the outset of a project through its completion for owners, developers, contractors, subtrades, suppliers, and consultants across both public and private sectors. His work includes negotiating and preparing construction and consultant contracts, advising on procurement and tendering, and handling lien and trust claims, bond claims, and delay and deficiency disputes for ICI and residential projects. Glenn sits on the National Advisory Council of the Canadian Construction Association and previously chaired the Toronto Construction Association's board. He taught the construction law course in the Department of Architectural Science at Toronto Metropolitan University for many years and is trained in mediation and arbitration. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Toronto in 1987 and was called to the Ontario bar in 1989.
