About Giuseppe
Joe has spent more than twenty-five years at Harte Law, focusing entirely on medical malpractice on behalf of people across Canada who have suffered serious medical harm. He joined the firm after graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1996 and has built a career around complex, high-impact litigation. He has taken a leadership role in several landmark class actions and mass torts, including the firm's mass tort claims against physicians Errol Wai-Ping and Richard Austin, which helped secure results for hundreds of affected women. He also has deep experience with obstetrics and gynecology malpractice claims involving birth injuries and women's health. In his community, Joe is the former treasurer and a past board member of the Central Eglinton Children's Centre.
