About Paul

Paul Harte is the founder of Harte Law and is recognized as one of Canada's leading medical malpractice trial lawyers. He's a Certified Specialist in both Health Law and Civil Litigation and, over his more than 30-year career, has tried or settled more than $100 million in medical negligence claims. He was lead counsel in D.P. v. Wagg, a landmark Ontario Court of Appeal decision, and is a past president of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
