About Gillian
Gillian Hayes is a partner in the family law department, assisting clients with parenting issues, support, division of property, and domestic contracts, and she represents parents and caregivers in child protection matters. She's a member of the Personal Legal Rights Panel for the Office of the Children's Lawyer and is trained in Collaborative Family Law. She earned an LL.B. (Honours) from the University of Kent in the United Kingdom and was called to the bar in 2012.
