About Nazifa

Nazifa Islam is a senior associate lawyer whose practice is grounded in family law. She earned her B.A. from the University of Toronto and went on to Osgoode Hall Law School, where she worked on the Pro Bono Students Canada Family Law Project and took part in a Child Protection Externship. Before her call to the bar, she articled at the Family Responsibility Office and then stayed on as Crown Counsel handling support enforcement matters. She has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal. Nazifa belongs to the Law Society of Ontario and the Halton County Law Association, and she speaks Bangla.
