About Gillian

Gillian Gondosch runs a broad civil litigation practice, handling contractual disputes, debt collection matters, construction liens and provincial offences cases. She has represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice and various administrative tribunals. Gillian earned her law degree from the University of Windsor and was called to the Ontario bar in 2015. While in law school she volunteered with Community Legal Aid, working on provincial offences, landlord-tenant and criminal files, which sparked her interest in litigation. She articled with the regulator overseeing Ontario's new home building industry. Before law school, she completed a Bachelor of Arts at McGill University. She belongs to both the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
