Devon Goyo is an associate at Parente Borean LLP whose litigation practice spans estate disputes, construction matters, family law, and other civil litigation. His estate work covers will challenges, passing of accounts, power of attorney disputes, and dependant support claims, while his construction files include lien claims and breach of contract and trust disputes. He also represents clients in family proceedings involving parenting, support, and property. Devon regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has experience at the Ontario Court of Justice and Small Claims Court, and he favours mediation and other alternative dispute resolution where it suits the client. He completed an Honours Specialization at Western University and earned his J.D. from Western Law, and he's a Notary Public in Ontario.
