About Donato
Donato Parente, known as Don, is one of the founding partners of Parente, Borean LLP and has served clients in Vaughan and the surrounding area since 1988. His work spans several areas, particularly real estate deals and development projects, buying and selling businesses, mortgage financing arrangements, and commercial leases. He also drafts shareholder and co-tenancy agreements, handles corporate reorganizations, and prepares wills and estate plans. Don earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor in 1986, achieving Dean and Honour Roll status, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from York University. He was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1988 and holds memberships in the Toronto Construction Association, the Canadian Italian Advocates Organization, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and both the Ontario and Canadian Bar Associations.
