About Gaynor
Gaynor Yeung, KC, has practised law in British Columbia since joining the firm in 1998. Over nearly three decades she has argued cases at multiple court levels and before specialized tribunals, concentrating on insurance law and personal injury litigation. Gaynor served three terms as an elected Bencher of the Law Society of British Columbia and was appointed King's Counsel in 2024. She now focuses much of her practice on mediation, drawing on experience across construction, estate, and human rights disputes. Gaynor was inducted into the Canadian Academy of Distinguished Neutrals in 2024 and mentors through the Allard School of Law and the Canadian Bar Association.
