About Gary

Gary Hodder is senior litigation counsel at Hodder, Wang LLP in downtown Toronto. Called to the bar in 1985, he brought an unusual path to the legal profession, having previously worked as a journalist and completed graduate studies in literature at Harvard, the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of Toronto. In 1996 he was certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Civil Litigation. His litigation practice spans banking, commercial disputes, employment law, and complex litigation including class actions, with appearances before all levels of Ontario courts up to the Supreme Court of Canada.
