About Robert

Robert C. McGlashan is a partner at Reeves Richarz whose practice covers estates law and litigation, family law, personal injury, employment, and civil litigation and dispute resolution. He has appeared before the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal, the WSIB, and various professional tribunals, and focuses much of his litigation work on contested, high-conflict matters, though he also helps clients plan ahead to avoid or resolve disputes early. He earned his law degree from Osgoode Hall and his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto, where he received a gold medal for academic standing. He has served on the boards of the Canadian Defence Lawyers and several Ontario Bar Association practice groups, and edited the Insurance Law Newsletter.
