About Louis

Louis (Yin Fung) Liu is an associate at Hodder, Wang LLP, practising commercial litigation and corporate law. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2024, he holds a Master of Laws with Distinction from the University of Hong Kong along with dual degrees in law and business administration. Before joining the firm as an articling student, he worked at a Toronto community centre supporting low-income individuals and families. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
