About Danny

Danny Venditti is a founding member and senior partner at RBD, and has served as managing partner since 2017. He represents various labour union organizations, including acting as lead legal counsel for the Fédération des policiers et policières municipaux du Québec and the Fédération des employés du préhospitalier du Québec. He advises and represents clients in labour and employment law, and regularly argues before grievance arbitrators and administrative and judicial tribunals. He also acts as advisor and spokesperson in collective bargaining and pension negotiations in the policing, pre-hospital and cultural sectors, and handles matters involving police disciplinary conduct. Venditti graduated from the Université de Sherbrooke and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2002, having also studied civil and labour law at the University of Northumbria in Newcastle, England. He was president of the board of Leucan from 2008 to 2013.
