About Gabriel

Gabriel Rincon is developing a broad civil litigation practice in contractual disputes, administrative law, and class action defence, and has appeared before the British Columbia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. Before joining DJA Counsel he clerked for six justices of the BC Supreme Court, including the Chief Justice, and was active at UBC in peer-mentorship programs and pro bono legal clinics. He now coaches the UBC B.C. Law Schools Moot team, the moot he competed in as a student.
