Andrew Mollard is a dual-qualified lawyer admitted to practice in both Canada and the United States, acting as counsel in complex commercial litigation with a focus on class actions, breach of contract, torts, civil forfeiture, and property and leasing disputes. Before joining DJA Counsel he worked at an international firm in Vancouver and spent several years in the New York office of a global litigation firm, handling multidistrict antitrust and securities class actions, including defending U.S. beef and pork producers and representing investors in a stock-lending antitrust matter that settled for more than $580 million. He began his career as a judicial law clerk to Justices Anne MacKenzie and John Hunter at the British Columbia Court of Appeal.
