About Fred

Fred Klein has more than 40 years of experience as a residential property development lawyer, acting for many of Winnipeg's prominent house builders. He was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1975 after earning his B.A. and LL.B. from the University of Manitoba. Fred joined Taylor McCaffrey LLP as a partner in 2000, after 15 years as a managing partner at Walsh Micay & Company and running his own firm, Klein Kravestky Alexander. He has been selected for The Best Lawyers™ in Canada in Real Estate Law since 2014 and received its 'Lawyer of the Year' award in Winnipeg in 2022.
