About Frank
Frank S.M. Devito has spent more than 28 years defending insurers as a senior partner and mediator at Beard Winter LLP, building a reputation for sound advice grounded in deep knowledge of the insurance industry. His docket covers motor vehicle litigation, occupier's liability, general liability, property and casualty, tavern liability, construction and contractor negligence, fraud, and product liability, along with life and health claims. He also regularly defends pharmacists against allegations of professional misconduct or negligence. Frank has argued cases before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal, having represented both plaintiffs and defendants over his career. That balanced perspective now informs his separate work as a mediator helping parties resolve even complicated claims. He was called to the bar in 1995.
