About Francisco

Hernandez joined Gomberg Dalfen in May 2025 and focuses on immigration and citizenship law. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Bachelor of Laws, both from the Université de Montréal, along with a Master's degree in International Law from the same university; his thesis, awarded with distinction, analyzed international law and state methods of restricting asylum, drawing on cases from the United States and Canada. He is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor in Common Law at the Université de Montréal. Before beginning his Barreau du Québec training, he worked as a law student specializing in immigration at an international consulting firm, and he completed his articling at a provincial ministry, advising on contentious matters and representing clients before administrative tribunals.
