About Eiman

Eiman Sadegh holds a Bachelor of Civil Law and a Juris Doctor in Common Law from the University of Montreal and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Bar of Quebec. He has served as President of the Persian Law Association of Quebec and as Executive Vice President of the Iranian Canadian Business Council's Quebec chapter. His practice focuses on the immigration of entrepreneurs and investors from the Middle East and Asia, and he writes regularly on reading GCMS notes and building mandamus cases for delayed immigration files.
