About Anna

Anna M. Di Stasio is the founder and managing partner of New Era Immigration, where she has practised exclusively in Canadian and U.S. business immigration law for more than a decade. She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, admitted in 2002, and of the Massachusetts State Bar, admitted in 2017, and she holds a special permit with the Barreau du Québec as a Canadian legal advisor. She is a certified specialist in Citizenship and Immigration Law (Immigration) recognized by the Law Society of Upper Canada. She advises clients across sectors including financial services, entertainment, hydroelectric, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, natural resources and manufacturing. She holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law (2001), and a B.A. in Literature (1994) and a B.Sc. in Physiology (1992), both from McGill University. She has been recognized since 2012 as a leading business immigration lawyer in Who's Who Legal (Canada), and belongs to the American Immigration Lawyers' Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Canadian Employee Relocation Council.
