Dalfen is a founding partner of the firm and practises immigration law, specializing in the relocation to Canada of executives, businesspeople, and skilled professionals. Dalfen represents businesses, individuals, and community organizations on temporary employment authorization, permanent residence applications, family reunification, overcoming inadmissibility, and humanitarian and compassionate matters, and holds Bachelor of Civil Law and Bachelor of Laws degrees from McGill University, obtained in 1991. Dalfen has spoken at conferences organized by the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and is a past chair of the Canadian Bar Association Quebec Division's Citizenship and Immigration Section.
