About Avi

Gomberg is a partner at Gomberg Dalfen, having founded his own immigration law practice in 1992 before forming the partnership with Seth Dalfen in 2000. He and the firm focus exclusively on immigration matters, assisting foreign individuals and Canadian employers, including the relocation of executives, businesspeople, and skilled professionals. Over three decades of practice he has become a recognized advocate for multinational corporations and skilled foreign workers, authoring articles and speaking at conferences on topics including temporary work permits and Canadian and Quebec permanent residence programs. He has been recognized by Lexpert as a leading immigration lawyer and holds a Martindale-Hubbell A-V peer review rating. He was called to the Quebec Bar in 1988 and the Ontario Bar in 1995, and is an executive member of the Canadian Bar Association Quebec Division's Citizenship and Immigration Section.
