About Kathleen-Rose

Kennedy joined Gomberg Dalfen in February 2022 and works on corporate immigration matters for businesses and their employees, as well as permanent residence applications. She studied law at the University of Birmingham in England (2017-2019) and then at the Université de Montréal (2019-2021), volunteering with the Birmingham Community Immigration Law Clinic during her studies. After passing the Quebec bar exam in July 2021, she completed her articling at one of Montreal's largest family law firms before choosing to practise immigration law, her longstanding interest.
