About Francesca

Francesca Sgambelluri is an associate lawyer and member of RAR Litigation's commercial group, practicing commercial litigation, mortgage enforcement, and real estate litigation from the firm's Oakville office. She joined RAR in 2021 as a law student and moved through articling to her current role. She drafts, serves, and files pleadings across all levels of court and various administrative bodies, and works closely with clients and colleagues to build strong legal claims. She earned her J.D. from Western University in 2023 and speaks English and Italian.
