Steve Gearing has practised civil and commercial litigation for 27 years. He represents clients in employment matters such as wrongful and constructive dismissal, workplace policies and human rights complaints, along with disputes over contracts, construction liens, product liability claims, insurance coverage disagreements, professional negligence allegations and constitutional challenges. He has appeared before every level of court in Ontario, plus the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal, as well as various regulatory bodies and tribunals.
