About Antoine

Antoine Motulsky-Falardeau is a litigation partner at Groupe TCJ's Quebec City office with over two decades of experience in civil and commercial disputes, including private international law, arbitration, contractual matters, construction, franchise, and insurance. He holds a B.C.L./LL.B. from McGill University and an LL.M. from Université Laval, where his master's thesis on arbitral prescription won the Henri-Capitant Prize in 2015. He lectures at Université Laval's Faculty of Law and is a professor-supervisor at the Quebec Bar School.
