Richard Gosse is a partner in Cox & Palmer's St. John's office with a commercial litigation practice focused on general commercial and construction matters, including procurement, payment, and performance disputes. He was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar in 1994 after earning his LL.B. from the University of Saskatchewan. He holds the Osgoode Certificate in Public Procurement Law and Practice and has appeared before commercial arbitration panels and the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal of Newfoundland and Labrador.
