Priscilla Kwok is an associate lawyer with the Business Law Group at Wilson Vukelich LLP. She guides clients through every stage of the business lifecycle, from setting up and winding down corporations, partnerships and joint ventures to drafting shareholder agreements and other commercial contracts. Her practice also covers negotiating and implementing reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions. Priscilla earned a B.A. (Hons.) from McGill University in 2013 and a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2017, and she was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018.
