About Jeff

Jeff Rechtshaffen is a senior family law lawyer who has practised family law in Toronto for more than 30 years. He earned a B.A. in English from York University in 1988 and an LL.B. from Western University in 1991, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1993. He worked as a sole practitioner for four years after his call before co-founding Rechtshaffen, Breitman with Rosanna Breitman in 1997. His practice has focused exclusively on family law, handling matters through litigation, negotiation and collaborative family law.
