About Erin

Erin Tolfo is a civil litigator at Eyford Partners LLP with experience in class actions, employment, financial crimes, privacy, insurance, and other commercial and regulatory disputes. Her courtroom work has reached every level of court in British Columbia, and she has prepared materials for matters at the Supreme Court of Canada. Before joining the firm, she held senior roles at a federally regulated credit union, managing disputes and litigation and acting as primary liaison to regulators on anti-money laundering, fraud risk, and privacy matters. She earned her LLB from Dalhousie University in 2010, clerked at the Court of Appeal for British Columbia, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2011.
