About Erin

Erin Guyitt is a partner at Scarfone Hawkins whose practice centers on real estate, from residential sales to large-scale commercial and condominium development. She works with clients through every stage of a project, negotiating land purchases, coordinating with planners and municipalities, clearing title, and drafting purchase and sale agreements. Erin also handles corporate and commercial matters, municipal and planning law, and banking and secured transactions. She earned a B.A. (Hons) from the University of Waterloo in 2002 and an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario in 2005, and she was called to the bar in 2006. Erin is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Hamilton Law Association. She takes pride in seeing developments she helped bring to life become part of the community.
