About Logan
Logan Gong advises clients on a wide range of corporate commercial matters, including incorporations, acquisitions, sales and reorganizations, with a focus on practical, cost-effective solutions delivered quickly. He completed a B.A. at McGill University before earning his J.D. from the University of Ottawa, and he was called to the Ontario bar in 2017. Before joining Chaitons LLP, Logan worked as an associate at another Toronto firm.
