About Erin

Erin Roth practises immigration, citizenship and refugee law, and was called to the bar in Ontario in 2009 before being called in British Columbia in 2016. Roth appears regularly before the Federal Court, Immigration Division, Immigration Appeal Division and Refugee Protection Division, and has acted in cases before the Federal Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada. Roth's practice began with a focus on refugee law and has expanded to complex inadmissibility cases involving allegations of security, criminality, organized criminality, medical, residency and misrepresentation grounds. Roth is active in the Immigration Section of the Canadian Bar Association and volunteers as immigration counsel through Access ProBono with ISSofBC.
