About A.

A. Connie Campbell joined Edelmann and Co. in 2021 and practises in all areas of immigration and refugee law, specializing in refugee protection claims, immigration detention and removal, and allegations of inadmissibility. As a member of the LGBTQ2S+ community, Campbell focuses on assisting queer people and families with Canada's immigration pathways, and has appeared before all divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board, the Federal Court, and the BC Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. Campbell articled at an immigration firm in Vancouver and previously worked at a criminal and immigration litigation boutique, and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association's Immigration Section, and the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers.
