About Erin

Erin Bower is an associate in Osler's Disputes group, working on complicated corporate and commercial litigation touching on both private and public law. She has argued matters before Alberta's Court of King's Bench and Court of Appeal, as well as the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. Erin finished her law degree with distinction at the University of Alberta in 2020, graduating first in her class, and holds an earlier science degree with distinction from the University of Calgary. Before starting her articles at Osler, she clerked for judges at the Alberta Court of Appeal. Her past matters include contractual trial work for an international energy client and appeals of regulatory decisions on major resource projects.
