About Erica
Erica Bennett has spent her entire legal career at Emond Harnden, joining as a summer student in 2011 and now serving as a partner. She practises management-side labour and employment law exclusively, advising employers on human rights proceedings, employment standards complaints, labour board matters, grievance arbitration, and wrongful dismissal defence. She also advises on workplace investigations, employment contracts and policies, and collective bargaining for unionized clients, with particular experience in the community services, dental practice, and hospitality industries. She completed her undergraduate degree at Queen's University and her law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the County of Carleton Law Association.
