About Eric

Eric Lavictoire has practised law for more than 15 years, joining a local Cornwall firm as an articling student in 2008 and continuing as an associate after being called to the Bar in 2009. Lavictoire worked as an Assistant Crown Attorney in Cornwall from 2010 to 2011 before returning to private practice with a local firm handling criminal law, civil litigation, and family law. Born and raised in Cornwall, Lavictoire holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Criminology (2005) and a law degree (2008), both from the University of Ottawa, and worked at the University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic while in law school. Lavictoire is a member of l'Association des juristes d'expression française de l'Ontario (AJEFO) and offers services in both English and French, practising in criminal law, civil litigation, wills and estates, and real estate.
