Giggey & Despatie LLP is a full-service law firm in Cornwall, Ontario, formed in 2022 when Christopher Giggey and Mathieu Despatie entered into a partnership under the firm's current name. The firm works out of an office on Cotton Mill Street and serves the City of Cornwall and the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry. Its lawyers handle family law, real estate transactions, civil litigation, and criminal defence, along with wills, estates, and landlord and tenant matters.

Giggey built a civil litigation practice at a mid-sized Ottawa firm before moving to a smaller firm in the Township of South Dundas, and has practiced law in eastern Ontario for over 18 years. Despatie grew up in Cornwall, joined the firm as an articling student in 2016, and was called to the bar in 2017 after earning a law degree from Queen's University and a business diploma from the Smith School of Business. The team also includes a lawyer called to the bar in 2009 who is a member of l'Association des juristes d'expression française de l'Ontario and previously served as an Assistant Crown Attorney in Cornwall, and a lawyer called to the bar in 2024 who received the Corbin Estates Law Prize for Excellence in Wills and Succession from the University of Ottawa.
