About Eric
Eric Angevine has practiced law for a decade, mainly in Brantford and Kitchener, concentrating on criminal and quasi-criminal defence and on assisting police associations, including representing officers in investigations and criminal proceedings. Raised in Brantford, he spent ten years as a constable with the Brantford Police Service before leaving to attend the University of Western Ontario School of Law. He was called to the bar in 2016 and has since helped hundreds of clients through bail hearings, trials and pleas in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice, as well as arguing summary conviction appeals. He recently successfully defended a client charged with drug-impaired operation and refusal in a case that drew notice for its treatment of the DRE program.
