About Emma

Emma Cotman-Wright is an associate in Cunningham Swan's real estate group. She grew up in Kingston and returned after earning her J.D. from Queen's University in 2016, having started at the firm as a summer student. She gained additional commercial real estate experience at a Toronto firm before rejoining Cunningham Swan as an associate in 2017. Her practice covers acquisition and disposition of real property, commercial leasing, financing, land development, and property assessment matters.
